Resizing
We are happy to resize your jewelry. You will be charged for materials plus $29.50 for labor and a return shipping fee of $9.50. Please ensure that the correct length is measured before placing your order. Please send us a message and we’ll send you instructions on how to send an item for resizing.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is damaged additional fees may apply.
Shipping items more than $250
Any items with a purchase price over $250 will be shipped with a signature required via USPS. If you would like to decline the required signature, please send us a message stating that you accept responsibility for delivery of the item. We will then ship without signature required, however we will take no responsibility for delivery of your item.
For Canadian Customers
We will not collect GSTHST on orders shipped to Canada. Canadian customers may be required to pay the GSTHST once they receive the package.

Disappointed. The heart charm is not a round filled in heart. It’s flat on the back side. It’s not worth $143. Pepper thin and flat on the back. It’s worth $50 at most. Save your money.

I reached out to the seller and was answered immediately. I ordered the small heart necklace and had the letter G stamped into it. It was the day of my deceased son’s 22nd birthday. 22 on the 22nd. His golden birthday, and I wanted something gold in remembrance. This is perfect! I am very pleased with the turnout and the quality. It is a timeless piece.
