Resizing
We are happy to resize your jewelry. You will be charged for materials plus $29.50 for labor and a return shipping fee of $9.50. Please ensure that the correct length is measured before placing your order. Please send us a message and we’ll send you instructions on how to send an item for resizing.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is damaged additional fees may apply.
Shipping items more than $250
Any items with a purchase price over $250 will be shipped with a signature required via USPS. If you would like to decline the required signature, please send us a message stating that you accept responsibility for delivery of the item. We will then ship without signature required, however we will take no responsibility for delivery of your item.
For Canadian Customers
We will not collect GSTHST on orders shipped to Canada. Canadian customers may be required to pay the GSTHST once they receive the package.

The necklace is as shown. Shipping was prompt. However, this shop will not accept returns or exchanges. It is my fault for not checking the policy before ordering.When inquired about exchanging for an 18 inch, the seller initially said that I could send back the necklace and they would “add” 2 inches. When I asked for return instructions so that I could add additional length, the answers were vague and I was never provided instructions. Something about the messages left me feeling as though I could not trust the process. I would NOT —despite quality and price buy from this shop again.
