Because most our pieces are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges if the order was processed correctly with the correct length. Most items' length includes the clasp, the chain and the closure. Please read the listing description. Please ensure that the correct length is measured before placing your order.

Resizing

We are happy to resize your jewelry. You will be charged for materials plus $29.50 for labor and a return shipping fee of $9.50. Please ensure that the correct length is measured before placing your order. Please send us a message and we’ll send you instructions on how to send an item for resizing.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is damaged additional fees may apply.

Shipping items more than $250

Any items with a purchase price over $250 will be shipped with a signature required via USPS. If you would like to decline the required signature, please send us a message stating that you accept responsibility for delivery of the item. We will then ship without signature required, however we will take no responsibility for delivery of your item.

For Canadian Customers

We will not collect GSTHST on orders shipped to Canada. Canadian customers may be required to pay the GSTHST once they receive the package.

This necklace was more beautiful than I expected! The artist had to brave Hurricane Harvey to ship the item to me, but my local post office lost the first shipment. I ordered again, and I am very pleased with the necklace because it was worth the wait. It is both beautiful and well made. I’m sure I will enjoy it for years.
