We are happy to resize your jewelry. You will be charged for materials plus $29.50 for labor and a return shipping fee of $9.50. Please ensure that the correct length is measured before placing your order. Please send us a message and we’ll send you instructions on how to send an item for resizing.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is damaged additional fees may apply.
Shipping items more than $250
Any items with a purchase price over $250 will be shipped with a signature required via USPS. If you would like to decline the required signature, please send us a message stating that you accept responsibility for delivery of the item. We will then ship without signature required, however we will take no responsibility for delivery of your item.
For Canadian Customers
We will not collect GSTHST on orders shipped to Canada. Canadian customers may be required to pay the GSTHST once they receive the package.

I was excited to find this delicate chain with the gold beads. It was exactly what I was looking for. However, I agree with another reviewer who mentioned that the beads don’t slide very well. It doesn’t give you that satisfying feel since the beads kind of get stuck and don’t glide smoothly. I appreciated Sayoko ‘s quick responses to my questions and a genuine willingness to work with me. Lovely and delicate - just what I was looking for! The necklace is as pictured and very pretty, tiny little beads on a chai. That catches the light nicely. As noted in other reviews the beads don’t move freely on the chain and do have a tendency to get spread out and stay that way, moving them back together can be challenging. This doesn’t bother me but something to be aware of if it might bother you! Would purchase again.
